Points to take note before applying acupressure treatment.

    Before you go for acupressure, take note of the following points.
    Acupressure CANNOT be done under the following conditions:-

1. One feeling fatigue, profuse, prespiration, rapid heart beats.
2. Hungry, one should better take some food before taking the treatment.
3. Within 2 hours of taking meals or full stomach.
4. Within 2 hours of taking any drug.
5. Within 1 hour of taking hot water bath.
6. During pregnancy.
7. Point which lies beneath a scar or injured part on the skin.
8. Beneath a fractured bone.
9. Seriously injured vertebrae.
