How to make bread using Noxxa breadmaker.

My friend taught me how to make bread using Noxxa breadmaker.

High protein flour : 4 cups.
(For wholemeal: 3 cups high protein flour and 1 cup wholemeal flour)
Water : 1 cup.
Oil : 2 tbsp.
Sugar: 3-4 tbsp.
Salt: 1 tsp.
Yeast: 2 tsp.
For softer texture, add 1 egg.

Since I am using Amway Noxxa breadmaker, so it's pretty easy.
Pour in Water, sugar, salt.
Then add flour, oil, yeast.

Oven Instruction: Press Bread, press another time till No. 2 appear.

Cooking Green Bananas.

I am reading some articles about boiling green banana, out of curiosity I thought I give it a try and see how is the taste. After boiling 2 green bananas for 20 minutes, now the skin can be removed easily.

I am expecting some similar sweet taste like yellow banana, however the taste is so different from ripe yellow banana, it has starchy taste more like boiled potato.
Now they look more like mashed potato.

Next, I have hard time cleaning the sap stain sticking at the side of the saucepan.  After failing to remove the sap stain, I just soak it with water and leave it aside. A few days later, I tried to clean it  using organic enzymes cleaner,  it works better. I am telling myself no more boiling another green banana.
Later, I read another article giving an advice to wipe some cooking oil in your hands and on the knife  to prevent the sap sticking to any of them.  Add some cooking oil to the boiling water to prevent the sap sticking on the saucepan.  I decide to give it a try again, indeed this method work perfectly, I have no problem of cleaning the saucepan after boiling.

Blended Vegetable Soup

Most children do not like to eat vegetables and I am rather fussy about food too.
I went to my friend's house and she told me usually she boiled some mix vegetables, let it cool down then blended it. Divide them in various portions and kept them frozen.
Since I love to take soups, I think this is a great idea. So, I begin to prepare blended vegetable soup regularly. Normally I will mix 6-8 types of vegetables with a little meat / chicken bones and add a bit of salt. To make it creamy, add some potatoes, pumpkin and carrot. So easy to prepare, just boil a pot of hot water, then add all mixtures.
Now, I am able to take most vegetables and cannot be picky anymore!!

You see a bit of dark patches around, that's chinese red date.
I added some to sweeten the soup and also it's good for health.

A very handy blender which I bought in Singapore many years back but never been used.
Now I am using it everyday to blend fruits and vegetables.
