Create Layer Text using Gimp

Write Text.

Use perspective Tool to reposition text.
Right click Text Layer, select Alpha to Selection. Fill color.
Duplicate text, move below. Fill text with black color.
Duplicate black color text layer a few times.
Move each of these black text below.
Add blur-Gaussian blur (30) to the bottom layer.
