Set Vignette Effects using Quick Mask-Gimp.

1. Select image

2. Do rectangle select.
3. Click on Quick Mask, small square button on the left bottom.
    (Now outer portion of the selection turns red)
4. Click Filter-distort-wave.
5. Click on Quick Mask button again.
6. Click select invert.

7. Click delete.
